iDuped

When my andriod phone broke (an Epic) several weeks ago I switched over to the dark side.  I shall say this: they lied. It is not intuitive but it is cool. And it has far more choices in phone cases than android phones do.

Haven't you noticed?  An android phone gets maybe a choice of 4 neon colors (on the bottom rack) and the kiosk salesman has to hunt for them every single time.

Back to my IDuped tale of woe. I always read the fine print. I even read TOS when I sign (or decide not to) sign up with whatever.  Unlike most people I can't buy my phone at a Sprint Store. I have to buy it at the SprintRelayStore.com which deaf people can buy their data only phones. A pain in the arse. I see their point - they want to make sure you are deaf.

When I got the bill it was $10 a month more than my andriod bill. And no, I didn't know it was going to cost me $120 more a year. Somehow I missed reading that fine print. They pointed it out to me, today.

That's a pair of fancy daschie shoes a year, peeps!

I fear my local phone service is going to cost me quite a bit more than my on line phone did. I won't get the regular price for 6 months. You have reminded me to call my provider and learn more about what I signed up for. So sorry you get penalized for having to have a phone for the deaf.

Hello, Sherry!!! This is DeafMom also known as ~Heather~ as well. It have been long awhile that the last time I've heard or read or visit your site. :) ((Hugs)) I sure do miss you!!! How have you been? What made me come over here and decide, wanting to talk to you is because I happen to get across a website about "Zogenix" I find that interesting and thought just MAYBE you might already knew or didn't know, so I still want to share this with you just in case anyway. I recall that you have somewhat fear and hate to deal with needle poking into your skin when you do the injections (medication for your MS) and the site I am about to show you, you probably would want to get your hands on this new product since it does not involve "needle", no needle at all to be poking, etc. The product is called DosePro Drug Delivery....It states on website, "SNAP the tip, FLIP the lever, and PRESS against the skin, and DosePro delievers a single dose of liquid formulation into the subcutaneous tissue in less than 1/10th of a second...faster than human reaction time." ~~ Anyway, as when you are on that website, read on for more information. You'll find it quite interesting and I'm pretty sure you difinately WANT this product and discard the current ones you are using that were such a hassle and painfully that you no longer want to deal with that -- "to face that on daily basis" or to depend on other sificicant other to do it on you FOR YOU, or whatnot. I am still on facebook. I know you are not no need to explain as I already know the reason and the situation. Keep In Touch, okay? Love you and by the way, I always think about you often wondering how you have been up to etc. Hope all is well for you. Oh, and how is your son? I know you are VERY proud Momma of your son what he has accomplished...but that's as far as I know of. Did he complete college and got a degree yet, etc? Fill me in if you don't mind. Just send me an email if you want to to continue this "conversation" about your son, other stuff, etc that may not be needed to be mentioned here due to maybe "privacy/security" reasons and whatnot. Anyhoo.... Hope to hear from you soon. Take care, Sherry. Love, Heather (Your long time friend from DF -- as known as ~Heather~ or DeafMom) Smile. ((Hugs)) <3 <3 <3

Hattie, you can get the shoes at http://www.mandarinashoes.co.uk/ballet-pumps/dachshund-print-linen-pump.html (it's from the UK but you can order them from the USA) and it's on my wish list one day in the far, far, far, future.

Gerry, what a surprise, eh?

Hi Heather of course I remember you! How could I forget? Well, I don't take injections anymore since I appear to be allergic to each and every one of them! So now I am off all of them except for antispasmodic drugs and Topamax. I am not sure how I feel about it!

Andrew is doing very well. He graduates in May. =) YAY! It's good to see you again, I'll head over your way soon!

I am clueless about all the new varieties of mobile phones and what they can do -- simple little pay-as-you go Tracfone has worked well for us -- but we don't need to take pictures, or send text, or any of that. Instead of giving you a break, they stick it to you. A pox upon them!
